Lightning Doesn't Seem To Write Events Back To Google Calendar

Running Thunderbird 31.6.0, Lightning 3.3.3 and Provider 1.0.4 on a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 8.1.

Can successfully sync tasks from Google Calendar to Lightning Calendar, but can't seem to sync tasks back from Lightning Calendar to Google Calendar. It would seem that there's probably an easy fix for this, but I haven't been able find one yet.

From Google Calendar it lists under My Calendars both Google Calendar and Computer (this is where Lightning is). Both calendars show a color for tasks; Google Calendar is purple, Computer Calendar is blue. Currently the only tasks that are shown in Google Calendar are in purple, while tasks shown in the Lightning Calendar are both purple and blue. In Google Calendar under Computer Details in the Description area it says, "Calendar from Lightning & Thunderbird".

Hope someone out there has a solution!
