How to purge built-in pdf reader for all users?

When our users use the built-in pdf viewer to print several kinds of pdfs, it overrides the default paper configuration from system. Is there anyway to ensure the system's default paper size? If not, is there a way to disable globally built-in pdf-viewer from firefox? Our printers often get stuck because the wrong paper size configuration.
