Hello.

Well, I created a new website for a specific vendor in my hometown. Despite the storage change (from a shared server to a dedicated one), and the recreation of the e-mails on this new cPanel, with the same settings, I keep getting "This e-mail can't handle encrypted passwords". All settings are correct, with encryption on, but that IMAP error keeps showing...can you help?

Sounds like you have set up the 'Authentication Method' as 'Encrypted PAssword' which the server does not accept. You need to select 'Authentication Method' as 'Normal Password' for both incoming server settings and smtp server settings.
