What CSS should be used to hide the "Drag Drop" space on the left side of the toolbar?

With Firefox 57, there is empty space at the left of the tab bar when the application is in a "windowed' mode." I have no use for this. Not only do I always have the window in the same location, but with Windows 10 I can drag and drop the title bar by clicking just to the left of the minimize control.

What CSS can I put into userChrome.css to hide this part of the toolbar altogether and move the tabs to the left?
