Restoring a Profile after a Format from Windows.old

I just installed Windows 7 on my computer. After the installation, I still have the windows.old folder which contains both the Firefox files from the Programs Folder and the AppData. Meaning that I have my profiles from my old system. The issue I am having is when I replace my profile from the backed up profile in windows.old/users/appdata/roaming, my bookmarks and saved passwords are not there. When I replaced it and opened firefox, it came up with an importing profile thing so I was able to import the profile, just bookmarks and other stuff is missing.

Is there any way to extract just the Bookmarks and Passwords from the old profile in the AppData folder in my windows.old section so I can just keep those? Thanks
