Dear Anyone

You'll laugh like drains. I've got PagePlus 9 which lets you design .PDFs with fillable fields in, the idea BEING I could send out a form which anyone could fill in in their browser without having to understand word-processing. Looked great in PagePlus 9, loaded it into Firefox and it sucked royally - fields and data all over the show. Back to the drawing board. Nearly 5 hours and countless revisions later, it still sucked royally in Firefox.

Then I tried it in Chrome, Edge, Hola and CCBrowser and it worked like an absolute dream. Displayed perfectly. Let you enter data perfectly. Put it back into Firefox and it immediately sucked blue whales through thin straws again. So it's GOT to be a hewge bug with Firefox and .PDFs. Anyone know what it is and how to handle it?

In retrospect, I, too, find it Pretty Darned Funny that I didn't think of testing it in another browser before spending 5 hours on the thing! But if it's a Firefox and PDF bug, why's nobody spotted it in Developerland? That's the bit I don't get really. (If they HAD, surely they'd've just opened up the inner workings of another browser, learned what they were doing wrong and used what they'd learned?)

Can reload it and take screenshots if requested.

Just downloaded 113.02 Firefox. Frame around firefox windows and tabs loses Min/Max, "X" exit button and full screen buttons. Coloration of the frame also changes from solid to opaque and back without any input from me. Does seem to vary based on memory usage. High usage appears to cause these symptoms but can't be sure. Controls do not reappear. Double-clicking the frame makes them reappear only momentarily. Uses Windows 7 Pro OS.

my HISTORY function does not display today's history. The most recent heading is "this month" and does not display recent activity. How do I restore the HISTORY function back to normal?

On my new PC build I'm seeing a ton of instability with Firefox. It can go hours without issue, then have tabs crash 3 times in an hour. I've slowly trimmed down the plugins I'm using, with no change. I'm also using these same plugins on my 2nd PC without any issue. I'll just be sitting there, not even touching firefox for a long period of time, and it will have tabs crash.

Other browsers (Edge, Opera GX) aren't presenting the same issue under similar use. I've run a Memtest and seen no issues, although I'm curious if my Asus board is being problematic alongside recent reports. Its quite stable with gaming and Adobe suite, so I think I'm clear.

I've found no additional driver, windows, or security updates. Windows Security scan finds nothing.

Hardware info: 13900K in Asus Z790 ROG Maximus Hero, 4090 FE, 64GB DDR5 (6400 XMP). Hooked up via 2.5G ethernet to 2.5 Gbps fiber.

When I start firefox its stand loading for a short time, and then comes with an error that its was unable to load the window, retry or close it. No matter what wepside i enter to use its always the same. This happen a few days ago and have been troubleshooting my self since. now i need your own help. I have reinstalled it, reset settings, taking it off and on the firewall. Removed all plugins for it. and always come to same conclution. I got the latets installer from the wepside, to make sure its up to the newest version.

Before this issue, it ran fine, no issues what so ever. and one day i needed it was stuck on this problem.

I am useing it on a laptop. atm returned to chrome for help.

I need some help with figuring out why when I switch from windowed mode to fullscreen mode my theme breaks. First image is how it should look and how it normally looks while I have a small window open and it isnt stretched. Second picture is what it looks like when I stretch it out or go fullscreen mode. I was wondering is there a way I can fix it myself or can it only be done by the author?

I have to use older version because of the following website https://mahatenders.gov.in/nicgep/app It does not support the new version and is require Java so as I am using older version i m unable to sync my id and password for the same so please help me to sync and login my account the page for login does not work and it get strucked.

As a professor at a large university in a college town, Google Scholar is a primary resource for me and thousands of others in this city. Doing Scholar searches on Firefox, I am often interrupted by the following Firefox message:

Summary: Firefox fails to load many sites, and some will kill the entire browser.

I recently updated from Ubuntu 22.10 to 23.04, which included an upgrade to Firefox. I originally had trouble with tab/window dragging operations causing the entire desktop to crash.

Removing the snap and installing from the Firefox maintained PPA fixed this issue, but a number of others remain. (Detail on this part over here on the ubuntu forums if interested)

Now many google sites simply show the loading error for ever and never recover. Some URLS can kill the browser completely. For example, this one from the Mozilla website: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-show-spinning-wheel-never-finish-load The error message is attached.

I am happy to perform more tests and provide more diagnostic if it will help. That same URL works fine from the chromium browser on the same desktop systems,as does every other site I've had issues with.

I am working on a new computer with Kubuntu and have FF installed via .deb.

On my previous computer, I could drag files from the downloads dropdown (eg download a file and then drag it into gmail as an attachment).

Now this is not possible. Instead, I need to go to the downloads folder in order to drag and drop a file. An extra step and rather annoying.

The problem is persists in Safe Mode.

Is there any way to get the old functionality back?

Hi I am losing all my windows and tabs within these windows when Firefox does updates.

I lost 3 lots of windows with tabs just before Christmas 2022 and about two months ago they all appeared again after an update, I was so happy, then about 1 hour ago I found another update was done today 28-5-2023 and now I have lost them all again. But another group of 2 windows including tabs that I lost about two & a half month ago turned up instead.

Are you able to help me find the disappeared windows/tabs and be able to keep these windows & tabs until I am finished with them, it is very annoying

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Can you please explain/guide me how to find this code or the app I need to use.

Please have a look at this link. Everyone on the team is having the same issue that when we try to play it we get this error: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

This link will work fine in all other browsers. Every other video on the site (over 200 of them) work fine in FireFox, this one will not. We would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

When I open the Google "Choose an account" page, my account name doesn't show up above my email address. The problem ceases only temporarily when I clear the cache and the Google cookies. Any suggestions?

I see in the blog the roboform extension does not work with Firefox for many users. It errors that it only works in a browser. Why can't Roboform see or associate the connection when Firefox browser is in use. If it is in use, then Roboform should work. Is it a Firefox problem or a roboform problem? Between both of you surely someone can resolve this problem? It seems Roboform has washed their hands of the problem because they reply with a standard enable process that doesn't work for many people. I am on my 2nd new computer and still have the same problem. Again the error states it only works when the browser is in use. If the browser is in use, then what is the problem? thanks for any assistance you can provide.... I like Firefox and Roboform, it would be a blessing to have both working at the same time. I use Firefox in 4 different devices and only one shows the vulnerable passwords and all of them are synced and also all of them have the same settings.

Any idea as to what may be going on and how to solve it?

I found the use of using right-click on images to get a general menu, and the middle-clicking on "Open image in new tab" a boon, because it would often enlarge the images and make them easier for me to see.

In the past two days, suddenly this has become a hit or miss situation and I'm not sure why. Sometimes I can middle-click on "open image in a new tab" multiple times and get no response. Other times if I hold down for a while and then release, it will open the image. And then other times again it will work as intended.

I'm not quite sure why this issue has suddenly occured.

Firefox is up to date, Version 113.0.2 (64-bit). My mouse is a KLIM Blaze, drivers 3.1 which again seem to be up to date. My middle-click in new-tab is set to true in firefox's config.

Does anyone know why these issues are happening?
