Screen goes black when some videos play - audio continues, but screen is black. I am sire this is a Firefox problem - I have successfully watched videos using BING browser - same videos go black on Firefox. I have refreshed Firefox, cleared cache, restarted Firefox - cleaned cookies. Turned accelerator off then back on - because nothing changed. Does not do this with all videos, just some - some You Tube videos play, others do not. I have Windows 10 and McAfee Live Safe - all programs are current and up to dated.

Norton sign in screen loops with Firefox, works fine with Chrome and Edge. Norton support level 2 has tried for may hours to fix but they have suggested contacting Firefox support as it is a cookie and site certificate issue with Firefox.

Dear, Sir/Madam The website is blank. https://schoenhalde.de/tierkrematorium-balingen/ The website symbol in the top left corner shows that contact has been made even though the page is now blank. Anyone with knowledge of the cause of Firefox's inability to load the website?

Fresh install of Kodachi Linux 8.27, added Firefox straight away. New version is supposed to Sync automatically I guess, but it doesn't. I'm logged in to my Firefox account, I got all my bookmarks and synced tabs, but no extensions. This worked fine changing OS's in the past, including moving to Kodachi, Ubuntu, Kali, or Debian, or different versions of Windows. Suddenly Firefox should Sync itself, and it doesn't. How do I get all my extensions back? I had an easy 50 or 60 extensions, and there is no possible way I'm going to reinstall 50 different addons, assuming I could possibly remember what they all were...

Any help (WITHOUT reinstalling every single one)?

After the recent update, the display of my gmail is now so wide in the display window, I have to scroll to the side & back & forth etc. to view the contents of the email on that page. It is too wide to display properly. This is an issue I had with Google, which was why I was using Firefox. Now you are as annoying as they are. I can't just make the whole thing smaller & hope it fits, as I have vision problems & cannot read smaller print if I do that. Can't I just go back to the previous version? I don't know how to do a screen shot of my email inbox page to show you.

I am guessing this is a settings issue, but I cannot find a solution. I cannot see the social sharing icons on my website when in Firefox on my Mac. I can see them in Safari. What's the deal?

I am having a problem with the Audio and Closed Caption The CC leads the Audio by 40 seconds to a minute. Very frustrating... I seem to only have this problem with HULU and Prime Video. All other streaming platforms work great. I am using Windows 7 64 bit

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." It is very important to me to be able to view my accounts and investments daily - please help me solve this!

My name is Alex. I'm currently using Doxy.me for telehealth purposes. The past couple of appointments I've had have had issues with microphone access. Whenever I connect to the site, I get prompted to request microphone access from Firefox, but when I press the button the browser doesn't give the permission prompt. I've tried refreshing the site/browser, checking permissions on the address bar and in privacy & security settings, but there's nothing there, and I can't manually give permission to the site.

The only change I've had is that I've recently built a new PC with Windows 11, I'm not sure if there's a compatibility issue and I can't find anything about it. I've considered using another browser but I don't like the alternatives and would really like to just use my default. Any tips?

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

I have lost my personal bookmarks list on the Mozilla Firefox Home Page. I now have numerous bookmarks, some which were in my personal list and some that I may have used in the past, but deleted them. Others are from an unknown source. Maybe a Firefox generated list. They aren't all familiar. Can Someone help me find my personal list that existed before the last update and restore that list.

sign in to email and box appears saying 'Stay signed in so you don't have to sign again' - 3 boxes 'YES" "NO" "DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN" tick any box and no change next time

The last day or two, I notice that once I have multiple tabs open in firefox, I cannot move/drag them around anymore in the tab bar, changing their order.

To date, I have restarted windows, restarted firefox, made sure both Windows AND Firefox are fully up to date (On a PC), and I have even tried starting FireFox in safe mode- I still cannot drag tabs.

Every time I try to login to a different page my firefox crashes.

I also did get the attached message, wasn't forsure if this was apart of the issue?

Hello, I am still using windows 8.1 64bit & refuse windows 10, due to high risk privacy, yes predictable hollow words are said, BUT is Microsoft, a greedy un-scrupled money making, money hungry corporate entity, wants us to willing give it our private details voluntarily or under thin layer of extortion.

Hence my sticking to windows 8.1 as I have certain control, mainly updates.

Will Mozilla browsers be specifically supporting older operating systems like windows 8.1 into the coming years, not just months, e.g. until January 2023

Yes is a blunt question, but is eluded against in other responses, maybe is Microsoft buy out to sacrifice mozilla loyal users or similar, same query is for Brave browser. Mozilla I think is last Bastian for decency & morality, a leader in justice & honour.
