The video playback stuttering isn't new but I only stated looking into it now. No idea how long it's been like this. At first I thought it might be caused by running my monitors at true 120Hz and 60Hz instead of a fractional framerate but then the stuttering should be visible on other apps too. Switching to a fractional 60 didn't change anything in Firefox.

I've used the Last Pass application with Firefox for years but recently Last Pass isn't auto-filling anymore. It auto-fills fine with other browsers but has stopped with Firefox within the last week or so. Any help would be appreciated.

When I click on the Window tab in the Firefox menu, my website prayingwithmylegs[dot]com is only listed as "Mozilla Firefox" unlike all the other windows. This does not happen in Chrome, Safari or Opera.

Also, how do I get the Sidebar to not automatically open when I open my saved windows in Firefox? It wasn't doing that before.

I'm running FF 111.0.1 on a 64 bit ASUS I tried to get on Ebay.com a couple of days ago and when I used my bookmark to open the site the cursor just goes back and forth and the site never opens up. So, I figured that they were having internet issues and just kept trying. Well, it's still not working so I'm trying to find out why. I have my FF set up for the address bar to be "just that" and a separate search window in the tool bar. After trying all kinds of things that did "not" work, I changed my choice of search engine to "ebay" and when I typed ebay in the search window the sight came up with me all signed on (because I leave myself signed on) and everything seems to be working as normal. But, I don't want "ebay" for my search engine and I don't want to have to sign on to ebay that way. What has happened to cause this and how can it be fixed?

I have not been able to log into www.mycigna.com account for the past week or so. I use DuckDuckGo as the search engine and never had this problem logging into my account before using Firefox. For the past week I have been getting this message when I submit my log in data - We're sorry but myCigna is unavailable at this time. Please contact our customer service for assistance. So, I called them today and spoke with a tech. I told him I used Firefox and DuckDuckGo and he advised me that others have had that problem using ddg as a search engine. He asked me to try to log in using a different browser and I was able to log in and access my account using Edge. So, I tried Firefox again after changing the search engine to Edge and still wasn't able to log in. Do you guys have any idea why I can't log in using Firefox anymore, or should I just continue to use Edge for that particular website? If you can help, please let me know. Thanks Larry

Why am I NOT able to LOGIN to FIREFOX or PRIVATE BROWSER? I was able to login this morning now it's afternoon & I am trying to LOGIN and nothing is happing. Am using the latest version of FIREFOX.....so what's happening?

My email screen has gone to a larger page that will not fit on the computer screen, whether in full screen or partial, the inbox is pushed off the left side, and the email previews are so large they extend half the way across from the right side. Previously most of the center was for email lists, but now it is just a small part that will only show two or three emails. How can I change it back the the old format?

Since recent Firefox update, Yahoo mail won't let me send messages, reply, delete, or move mail to another folder. I can't mark the mail as important, or close an email I've opened by x-ing out of it. I can only open an email and can get back to my email folder by clicking on the folder. Pretty much unusable. In safe mode it has the same problem. I tested my Yahoo mail using Chrome and it works the way it's supposed to, but I much prefer Firefox. Thank you.

I use Chrome for the college where I teach but I know I can use Firefox it I choose to. So, I tried logging into the college site on FireFox but no matter what I do it tells me the password is wrong. It is the password I use on Chrome and is tied to the college site. How do I get it to work in FireFox? What am I missing? Thanks, LucyVan

When I chose ebay.com the cursor in the tab just keeps going back and forth but never completes the page sign on. After 3 days of the same result, I tried using MS Edge and it worked loading the sign on page and I put in my ID and PW but it sensed I was a "new" computer and wanted me to call ebay to process the "new" computer usage. I didn't want to change to Edge, so I just stopped the process and chose to write to you to get FF "fixed" to keep using as usual.

Firefox regularly prevents me from adding attachments to my mail in Gmail. I know the problem is with Firefox because i will have to switch to Chrome and it will work fine. It also sometimes - but not always - fixes it to close Firefox and reopen it, but then it just happens again and again, and I don't like to have to do that - I will usually be on deadline with multiple windows I need to have open. I have a MacBook Air. This has been going on for a while - I've tried reinstalling and everything. It's become so frustrating I'm close to having to stop using Firefox altogether, which I would prefer not to do. The must be some bug that can be fixed. Please Help!

I had an update of Firefox within the past 2 weeks, in it it said that there was a new feature dealing with PDF conversion using the brower. I may be mixed up on this, and I thought that I had saved the information, but finding it now is not working for me. I was hoping to finally fix some forms/documents that I have so they can be used once again. Can you help? Dan

Is there some way to recommend an extension that's available in the Chrome Web Store but not available for Firefox? It's the only one I've found anywhere that does this, particular job.

Beanote will allow a sticky note to be made *anywhere* on a web page -- not in a sidebar -- and it will stay right where you want it. Or you can move it. Also, if there are tabs within a portion of that webpage, it will bleed through transparently to all of them. If you want to add it to another of these tabs, you just click on it and you can move it anywhere you'd like; again, it will stay there.

I frequently open a web page, start filling in a dialog, switch to another tab to gather evidence, then return to the original dialog. In the past few days, I have experienced the loss of my input into the dialog. Indeed just now when I started searching help, added my question, then was moved to a replacement page to log in, I returned to the question to find it deleted. Earlier today when I had spent ca 15 minutes composing a reply to contribution in a Google discussion group, the same thing happened.

Is there someone in Moxilla who considers that my contributions are really worth deleting, and spends days waiting to pounce on my messages?

Is this a consequence of the new Firefox security system (whose name I cannot check for fear of losing this text along with the previous ones)?
