How can I delete a second email account folder that duplicates data in 1st folder? Folder names are as follows: prentissr@ example.net prentissR@ example.net

I received a number of notices that my Thunderbird e-mail did not meet their current standards and I should find a alternative on or before 4/17. I'm trying to export my Thunderbird addressbook using the export function. I go to "address book"->"tools"->"export" and I get "Export Export accounts, messages, address books, and settings to a ZIP file. If your current profile is larger than 2GB, we suggest you back it up by yourself." Then it wants to export the whole thing as a Thunderbird Profile with no other choices showing. I can't seem to export the "address book" to the "csv" format which I used to be able to. Any ideas?

Thunderbird will not accept my reset passwords and there is no method to reset the passwords. I have tried 5 times, no help.

Cancel my subscription if I can't get help.

I keep getting this message when clicking Get Messages in Thunderbird : "Unable to establish TLS connection to POP3 server. The server may be down or may be incorrectly configured. Please verify the correct configuration in the Server Settings for your mail server in the Account Settings window and try again" I don't understand whats going on.

Today When I started my "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable"\ThunderbirdPortable.exe" My Thunderbird "Portable" opening panel contains no information. The only thing I could see was if I clicked on "Account Settings" Tab. The only way I could Fix it was Closing Thunderbird and renaming "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird "\ to C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable" to "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable-Broke" and the Start "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable-Broke\ThunderbirdPortable.exe"

I even Deleted My "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profile" Folder and reinstalled "ThunderbirdPortable_102.10.0_English.paf.exe".

I think somewhere on local computer something is "Referencing" The "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable" Folder it won't let my Opening Page show anything.

If I copy "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable-Broke" and Rename it "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable" Folder it won't let my Opening Page show anything, But If I start "C:\_PortableApps.com\Thunderbird Portable\\ThunderbirdPortable.exe" I can see my Opening Page.

I can't remember if I added any files to "My Local Folders" In most of my Setups on other computers with different email addresses I usually do and I can't remember If I did on this computer for sure.

Thunderbird adds a double-space when you hit Enter in email messages. Is there a way to make it single-space? I've looked around on Settings, etc. and can't find one.

Hi, I have my emails working and ONE calendar only, why can't I see all of my Google calendars? Can only see one.....would love to know why. They are calendars that my colleagues have given me access to mostly. Pics below. Thank you!

I use a number of edresses, and I need Inbox, Sent, and Deleted subfolders. In some of the edresses I haven't been able to delete other subfolders (spam and Archive), in some I've deleted them and soon they reappear. I did not authorize automated spam detection, and I unchecked "Do [whatever it was] about archiving."

when i lock into my mozila-thunderbird AC to view my emails i keep getting NOT RESPONDING & i have sit & do nothing till it starts up again /this happens every day / regards Syd

Emails arrive in duplicate, and when deleted they come back again, and again. This is a recent development although I recall having this happen several years ago, but I don't recall attempting to fix the problem, so it must have corrected itself. Assistance would be appreciated to correct this problem.

I need help finding a repair person who makes house calls in the Denver, CO area. I am having problems with Thunderbird mail, smtp, passwords and Microsoft. I have spent a long time trying to fix the problem but I have run out of time and need to get the problem fixed. I understand that this would not be a free service.
