It seems like no matter what I do, I can't get Firefox to download files from Google Drive. It loads for a moment, then it says "The page isn’t redirecting properly". I have confirmed that it's only Firefox because I can download files from Google Drive with Google Chrome. I have disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection, selecting the Standard Enhanced Tracking Protection Setting, and even refreshing Firefox. Though, I noticed that it only works on incognito mode for whatever reason.

The firefox opens but takes a long time to load any webpage. It is almost a delay of few minutes before the browser is responsive. It has gone through many updates and is not resolving the issue. I have changed the add ons with no help. Once it starts loading the web page then it works perfectly fine until I close it.

I am working on a new computer with Kubuntu and have FF installed via .deb.

On my previous computer, I could drag files from the downloads dropdown (eg download a file and then drag it into gmail as an attachment).

Now this is not possible. Instead, I need to go to the downloads folder in order to drag and drop a file. An extra step and rather annoying.

The problem is persists in Safe Mode.

Is there any way to get the old functionality back?

The website symbol in the top left corner shows that contact has been made even though the page is now blank. Anyone with knowledge of the cause of Firefox's inability to load the website?

I have noticed in the last few days that Firefox is keeping my Mac from sleeping. This seems to have started around the time of updating Firefox to version 113.0.2 which happened 4 days ago. Any thoughts on how to debug this?

Hello. I run Firefox as my main laptop (Mac) browser. I have added Zotero to manage my writing reference citation library, and have downloaded the current Zotero Connector for Firefox. I should be able to add references from online, by using the Zotero save icon that should appear on my Firefox toolbar. But this icon is nowhere to be seen and I cannot see how to make it appear. The whole advantage of Zotero for me as a writing academic is pinned to this function, so I am anxious to get it working. How can I get the Zotero save icon in its proper place on my Firefox toolbar, just to the right of the search window? Many thanks

This happens only on Firefox and Firefox Developer Edition on one of my PCs and not the other. Firefox is version 113.0.2 (64-bit) and DE is 114.0b9 (64-bit)

Hi I am losing all my windows and tabs within these windows when Firefox does updates.

I lost 3 lots of windows with tabs just before Christmas 2022 and about two months ago they all appeared again after an update, I was so happy, then about 1 hour ago I found another update was done today 28-5-2023 and now I have lost them all again. But another group of 2 windows including tabs that I lost about two & a half month ago turned up instead.

Are you able to help me find the disappeared windows/tabs and be able to keep these windows & tabs until I am finished with them, it is very annoying

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Please have a look at this link. Everyone on the team is having the same issue that when we try to play it we get this error: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

This link will work fine in all other browsers. Every other video on the site (over 200 of them) work fine in FireFox, this one will not. We would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Ubuntu crashes while moving around a Firefox tab with a mouse, IF the mouse cursor goes thru the top bar of the laptop screen. I am using Firefox V 113.0.2, Build ID: 20230522193126 on Ubuntu 23.04. This could be an Ubuntu problem or a Firefox problem.

Trying to understand why Amazon has become unresponsive using Firefox. I am not experiencing this on Edge. I prefer Firefox and I am on Amazon a lot, so I would like to resolve the problem.

Are there any additional steps I can take to analyze/diagnose the problem?

When I open the Google "Choose an account" page, my account name doesn't show up above my email address. The problem ceases only temporarily when I clear the cache and the Google cookies. Any suggestions?

I see in the blog the roboform extension does not work with Firefox for many users. It errors that it only works in a browser. Why can't Roboform see or associate the connection when Firefox browser is in use. If it is in use, then Roboform should work. Is it a Firefox problem or a roboform problem? Between both of you surely someone can resolve this problem? It seems Roboform has washed their hands of the problem because they reply with a standard enable process that doesn't work for many people. I am on my 2nd new computer and still have the same problem. Again the error states it only works when the browser is in use. If the browser is in use, then what is the problem? thanks for any assistance you can provide.... I like Firefox and Roboform, it would be a blessing to have both working at the same time. Since probably 3 or 4 weeks ago Ebay through Firefox has been terribly slow. I have selected the option not to track in the address bar and still the same problem. I run ebay through MS Edge and runs perfectly. Happens to me in 3 out of 4 computers. Only in 1 works ok, very strange...

Speed connection in all of them is at least 200mb/s

I use Firefox in 4 different devices and only one shows the vulnerable passwords and all of them are synced and also all of them have the same settings.

Any idea as to what may be going on and how to solve it?

I have passwords stored in Dashlane. 1. Would i be anymore secure if i followed your prompts and disabled Dashlane in order to use Firefox relay; 2. If i disabled Dahlane to use Relay would i loose all the passwords saved in Dashlane?

Hi, Does anybody know why I cannot use an adblocker from TotalAv when I have used it in the past? Also, why is Firefox not able to connect to Virginmedia? or should I say virgin does not recognize firefox? Sorry to ask two questions at once.
