When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

Hello, One of my customers reported the following message when attempting to view an email in FF browser:

“Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to go.planmember.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.”

Any clues as to why?

Firefox stopped working on my laptop after I uninstalled office365. I have reinstalled office, but firefox still not working. It is working on my phone and an old laptop. What are my options? Nothing happens wen I click on the 3 bars, history, settings, etc. Need help, thanks.

I have a 2nd laptop that I need to sync for my passwords and bookmarks, everytime I try to sync it says incorrect password, when I know it's correct. then locks me out after a few attempts but it works fine on the main laptop! Please, I need help! thank you

I have Adblocker Ultimate as an add-on. But I can't seem to put it in my toolbar. I have searched the internet to resolve this problem and nothing worked. It is listed in my Add-ons manager but I can't get it to show up in any bookmarks or the toolbar. It does work but I can't find it anywhere.

Password synchronization is turned on, and I can't see the synced password on the other machine, but I can see the synced bookmarks。As shown in the image, password synchronization is turned on。Hope to get help, thank you all.

I've been to several websites in the last couple of days that won't load in firefox, but will in chrome ( which I had to download to order groceries and I am not super happy about it ). the most egregious was today, I tried to order groceries from a major grocery store: meijer.com and the main page opened but if I like searched for "coke" it would freeze and nothing would load. not just coke, but also any other search term

With Windows 10 autofill with Firefox never worked for me even though the appropriate options were checked. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and it worked! So happy. But that was only for about 2 weeks. And then a couple of days ago it stopped working. (Maybe from a Firefox update??) It's really frustrating and tedious even with the passwords being filled automatically when I start the login process with the user name. Is there anything that can be done?

I installed the Mail Link Enhancer add-on. It works, sort-of. The subject line and other fields included after the ? in the mailto address do not get filled in. Looking at the add-on info, the developer is Nick, but there is no contact info in the More Information section of the add-on profile. The add-on hasn't been updated since 2020, so I'm fairly certain that things changed since then and that's why it isn't working, but I'm no expert.

Firefox will not load https://www.washingtonpost.com/ unless I clear my cookies. EVERY TIME!! EVERY TIME!! not just once. ALWAYS. I get a "secure connection failed" error. It comes up on other sites too, but this one is consistent. I am tired of clearing my cookies to read the paper each day or even a second time after the first time I load the page.

The interface fonts in my firefox are impossibly tiny

Specifically where it is an issue is when I go to bookmark a page - the menu interface is in TINY font and despite totally resetting firefox and creating a brand new profile etc etc

I have NOT been able to change it - I am at my wits end

When I used to click on "new tab" on my old windows 10 computer, I could have the screen display about 3 rows of bookmarks with apps next to them . With my new computer--HP and windows 11, the "new tab" screen only displays only one row of about 8 bookmarks/apps and I can't add more. Why is that? How can I get the "new tab" to display more bookmarks/apps?
