Need help with the devices on your Firefox Account? Here are some solutions to help you get started.
I do not see my device in the Devices & apps list
The devices currently connected to your Firefox Account can be viewed at: accounts.firefox.com/settings/ under Devices & apps.
Don't worry if you don't see your device listed, Firefox Sync should still be working across your devices. Your device could be missing if you are using an outdated version of Firefox Desktop, please update to the latest version.
If you are using the latest version of Firefox Desktop, make sure you are connected to Sync:
- Click the Firefox Account icon in the toolbar. (If not signed in, click )
- Once signed in, click
I see duplicates in the Devices & apps list
If you see devices listed multiple times (and you're sure that it is the same device) in the Devices & apps list, click thebutton next to that device to remove it.
The current device will be listed first followed by the most recent Firefox Sync device logins.
