Managing devices using Firefox Accounts

Need help with the devices on your Firefox Account? Here are some solutions to help you get started.

I do not see my device in the Devices & apps list

The devices currently connected to your Firefox Account can be viewed at: under Devices & apps.

Don't worry if you don't see your device listed, Firefox Sync should still be working across your devices. Your device could be missing if you are using an outdated version of Firefox Desktop, please update to the latest version.

If you are using the latest version of Firefox Desktop, make sure you are connected to Sync:

  1. Click the Firefox Account icon in the toolbar. (If not signed in, click Sign in to Firefox)
  2. Once signed in, click Sync Settings to choose what to sync or Sync Now to start syncing immediately.

I see duplicates in the Devices & apps list

If you see devices listed multiple times (and you're sure that it is the same device) in the Devices & apps list, click the Disconnect button next to that device to remove it.


The current device will be listed first followed by the most recent Firefox Sync device logins.
