Extensions help you customize and add functionalities to Firefox. Whether you are a new or existing user, you can access Firefox Relay from your desktop or mobile browser. What does the extension do?
When you use the extension, you can automatically generate a mask at the time of registering on a website by clicking on the Firefox Relay icon that will appear in the email address field. Without the extension, you will have to go to your dashboard to generate your mask and copy and paste it manually.
Here are the steps you will need to follow to download the Firefox Relay extension for desktop:
- Visit the Firefox Relay extension page.
- Click the button.
- Click in the extensions installation panel.
- You will be redirected to the Firefox Relay home page where you can log in or register.
- Once you sign in with your Firefox account, you will be taken to your Firefox Relay dashboard where you will be able to manage all your masks.
After installing the extension, the Firefox Relay icon will appear in the toolbar and email fields. Click the icon in the email field to generate a new mask or select from a list of suggested masks.
