How to unpin Firefox from the taskbar in Windows 10

Starting in Firefox version 74, Firefox is pinned to the Windows taskbar by default. This can easily be undone with the following steps:

Unpin Firefox from the taskbar

  1. Right-click on the Firefox icon in the taskbar.
  2. Select Unpin this program from taskbar.
    unpin-from-taskbar
