In the thunderbird security exceptions for certificates for servers are stored and marked as permanent. These certificates get erased during a session. Then thunderbird no longer accept any certificates. The program will not accept all certificates and no mails are sent or received.

This condition occurs every one or two hours. I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del to shut down the program. Then, restarting the program will not solve the problem. I must restart PC to restore the program. Once PC is restarted, the program will accept all the security exceptions and store the certificates as permanent.

What causes this problem? How to fix this?

It seems to happen to only this particular PC.

Please help.
