Firefox very slow with Win10 and Firefox-Profile on networkdrive

We are testing migration from Win7 to Win10. We used to redirect the Firefoxprofile to a networkdrive, so we have the same Firefox settings if a user uses another machine. This works for years great with Win7 and before. With Win10, Firefox becomes after some hours very slow. Websites take longer to load. Firefox freezes sometimes for some seconds. Firefox is not useable anymore. If we completely recreate the profile, it works for some hours again and than it will became very slow again. Cache size is set to 1 MB. We have the problem on different Win10 machines. Is there any configuration I am missing?
