When Opening a Google Sheet, an Error box pops up saying Trying to Connect. It takes 5 minutes to get past

Just started the week of May 23rd. When we open a Google Sheet, Firefox says trying to connect. This can last 5-10 minutes. It does not happen in a Google Word document, or if we open the Google Sheet from Chrome. I have tried to clear the cache. I have done a Refresh. We have tried different computers. I have the latest version of Firefox. We are a Mac campus.
