How can I make Firefox Android Quantum always default to desktop mode?

I use a tablet. I don't like the limited functionality of most mobile sites. Before you broke all add ons I used one called Desktop by Default that fixed this. Now with Quantum everything sucks. Some sites like Google wont even switch to desktop mode when I tell them to. Are there any add ons or options that can make Firefox Android Quantum always default to desktop mode?
