How do I find my mobile bookmarks folder?

I bookmark pages. I can see the blue star bookmarks on the History tab listing. But when I go to bookmarks all I get is desktop bookmarks and my bookmarks aren't there! If I edit a bookmark when I create it, it shows that the "parent folder " is "mobile bookmarks". How do I get to "mobile bookmarks"?
