I shut down, turn off computer and go. I'm back, sign in & Firefox has reset it's self to a different language (eastern europe?).

I shut down, turn off computer and go. I'm back, sign in & Firefox has reset it's self to a different language (eastern europe?). Never ever had this happen before. I go into controls reset language/fix the issue, close browser, sign back in and 85% of the time it's fixed on the first try. It's getting annoying, Been going on for 2 weeks.
