Window order jumping around in the Windows menu

Since inadvertently (and unwantedly) upgrading from v58 to v69, each time I launch FF, the order of windows changes in the Windows menu. This is very annoying, as I rely heavily on that order. 1. What can be done about that? 2. Is there a way to rearrange the order, so it's the way I want it?
