how to move a bookmark folder

I have synced the bookmarks on my desktop with my new android phone (Samsung Galaxy s10e). But, one folder which had been renamed and moved closer to the top of the bookmarks with the desktop, is still at the bottom of the bookmarks with the old name on the Samsung.

I renamed the bookmark on the Samsung, but I can't figure out how to move it to the top of the bookmarks.

Is it possible to rearrange bookmarks on the android phone as I can rearrange them on my desktop?
