Locally stored htm-file loads only sometimes the content..

Hi I have a small homemade htm-file stored on my phone (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ShZdMFNoMyC6e4K5b_1nxn8F8ZSsZe7g/view?usp=sharing). With a shortcut from homescreen that opens in Firefox, however it's 50-50 whether that will actually load the content, otherwise it just shows a white page no content. Tapping the reload ('arrow circle') does nothing. Selecting the url-bar then tap Enter/Return on the keyboard then actually loads the content - always, no exceptions. Has been like this always on this phone for a year - Samsung A40, Android 10. FF 68.7 atm. Suggestions, comments? Thanks
