When I open a new window/tab Firefox opens it at the bottom of the page instead of the top. Is there someway to fix this? I am running the newest version of Firefox and Windows 10.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

No, it does not do it on all pages but it does it on about 80% . That's what is making it frustrating trying to track the problem down.
