Hi, I have uploaded a video to facebook and the video is not playing, after clicking the video it goes black and only the loading icon visible until it says "Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video." I tried to play it from another web browser and it works fine no issues. note that other facebook and youtube videos play fine on firefox, things I've tried deleting browsing history, didn't work restarted firefox with add-ons disabled, didn't work created a new profile, didn't work

didn't reinstall and not going to, I really don't care since other videos play fine and my video is fine and others can watch it but it's driving me crazy, I just want to know why my video isn't playing!
