It appears Firefox has been hacked. I have an authenticator & recovery codes. Both of do not sync with their servers. These codes are good and there should be no reeason they have been corrupted. In fact I am signed into my account. But for some reason their 2FA is not operational. Does anyone understand why this has happened.
