Junk Folders in All Thunderbird Email Accounts

I use Thunderbird for 4 different email address accounts. is my service provider. When I set up each email address there are a number of folders added to each T-Bird account. Thunderbird has always added a folder "Junk" which is what I use to put my spam and junk mail into when scanned by T-Bird as Junk as well as items I determine to be junk. In the past couple of years I have had a folder added to each account labeled "Junk Mail" (not just 'junk'). I assumed it had been place there by Charter/Spectrum. Now I find that everyday when I receive a weather report it is put into the "Junk Mail" folder. It is not marked as "Junk" by either T-Bird or Spectrum. No matter what I do I can't stop it from going into the "Junk" folder. I have scoured the Spectrum email page looking for an answer. I put the email address into an "allow this address" box. I have checked T-Bird and Spectrum and can't find an answer as to who put the added folder "Junk Mail" into all my account lists and how to remove an email that constantly ends up in that folder. I doubt this is a Thunderbird issue but thought I would ask if anyone else has this problem and is it a Charter issue? Thank you and Merry Hollidays! John
