I'm in the process of setting up my protection and ran across the step to scan but I don't have that app in my phone as the phone needs to be upgraded but I am unable to financially do that at this time. I have a 32 digit something or rather that you provided that I'm supposed to apply to your authenticator app but I cannot locate that particular app so far. Where do I find it? 

  Oh yes, my phone's mic is toasted and I have a headset with mic to answer the phone with.  HOwever, that depends on my hearing/feeling the vibration of the phone ringing so please, it is probably better if you e-mail me with the answer.
