I've done everything I can think of. I've ended the task, restarted my pc, uninstalled, reinstalled. Nothing has helped. It's a miracle I can still launch the file, it maybe starts once every 7 tries. I have no idea what happened or what I'm doing wrong, but its been like 2 hours and I'm still beyond lost.

If you use Webroot security software then look at this thread for possible workarounds for now like to run Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode or Firefox 98 Developer Edition.
