I can't recover my account
My email changed from a .com to a .org and I was forced to reinstall windows before I could change it so I can't recover my account, which has passwords I need attached to it.

This is an alternate account I have with another email.
If you didn't list a recovery email for the Primary and Secondary email registration those are the email address that the reset will be sent to. Also are you not able to use the old email to login and then go to your settings and update the email address? Reinstalling Windows shouldn't have affect your login for .com to .org email login since that isn't part of the Windows O/S itself.
I lost access to my original .com email because they changed from .com to .org then had to reinstall windows and lost my passwords as both my firefox and email passwords were stored in my firefox password vault. I am not able to use the old email. Hope this clarifies.
This means you need to contact that email provider to resolve your login issue. If you reinstalled Windows without backing up the jason4 files or backup files as needed there is not much that can be done from Firefox end user help here.
