Verification email sent to an old disabled account…
Hi, I need to access my account and had to complete set-up, but the verification email has been sent to an old email account that I no longer have access to and I can’t change the email until I can sign in… doh! Who do I contact to help resolve this? Kindest regards, Nicola

Your're trying to sign into your Firefox account correct?

@Magic74, If you can't access the email, you won't be able to get the verification code. You'll have to make a new Firefox account with an email you have access to.
