Hi,

Have been using Thunderbird added Office365 account default way via IMAP and few weeks ago, periodically, Thunderbird begin to lose connection/sync with server. In Activity Manager, when this happens, there are messages saying "User is authenticated but not connected"

Had temporary success with solving this issue by deleting saved passwords (IMAP and SMTP) in Thunderbird's Password Manager and re-entering them after relaunching TB, but after few days of use problem comes again.

Can anybody recommend how to fix this?
