What your asking is more related to the app your using and group policy is a Windows O/S command. You might want to post that to a Windows forum to help with Group Policy settings.

Please read https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates (you need the Preferences template).

Is the name of the printer consistent in your organization?

Unfortunately our printer prefs have the name of the printer in them so they can be difficult to set with group policy.

I'm working on fixing that

but I've gotten sidetracked.
