Support: I am WORSE than "technically incompetent/illiterate"...(getting to this message is tough for me). I am trying to determine the "version" of Firefox that I've "ATTEMPTED" to download into my Windows PC. I need to "update firmware" (??????????????) for use with a cryptocurrency site. WHERE /HOW do I find out 'IF' I've downloaded?..and WHAT VERSION doI have?

Is that the Opera browser on Windows 10?

Firmware refers to the software embedded in a device, such as a digital camera or smartphone. Browsers do not have firmware. I think it's suspicious that the site wants you to download an update. Can you confirm that it's not a scam or attempted hack?
