Hi,

I recently made a change to the domain where my email is hosted. I forwarded my GoDaddy domain to a new WordPress website, but now I can no longer send/receive emails in ThunderBird. I changed the DNS in WordPress and they told me to reach out to you and make sure I have all the entries I need to make sure everything is working properly. Can you assist? I've added a photo of my DNS below.

Have you posted your question at wordpress dot com? My understanding is that this version of wordpress does not explicitly support email and has an alternate solution to achieve email with domain name.

Yes, I asked them and they told me to reach out to ThunderBird to make sure I have all the correct entries. My email is still with GoDaddy because I forwarded the Domain from GoDaddy. This keeps my emails registered with GoDaddy as the host.

Could it be that your email id is more than 'jeff'? That is, jeff@yourdomainname ?

Yes, that would cause the issue, but I had already tried that and still ran into the same problem. I just signed out of my account and re-signed in and it is now up and running. I think I just needed to re-connect to the server. Thanks for your help, David.
