Can’t copy a download with iTunes File Sharing to Windows 11 PC

I downloaded a 2+ GB file with Firefox onto my phone. Using the Folders app in iOS I see the file in Firefox’s Download folder.

I connected my phone to iTunes on my Windows 11 PC & clicked on File Sharing > Firefox. I see the Downloads folder & it says it’s using 2.75 GB, so the file is there. But when I double-click on the folder it won’t open & show me the file in it. OK, so I try to drag & drop the whole folder onto the desktop. As I drag, the pointer changes so it looks like it’s copying. But nothing happens.

I’ve already tried re-starting iTunes, & reconnecting the phone to the PC. Nada.
