Opened emails drop off viewing pane after 1 month
Emails that have been opened and are around 1 month old, drop off my viewing pane, how do I set it up so I can see older emails that I have opened and wish to keep? It is only with this email address [email]@bigpond.com my other email address (hotmail) is fine?? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. Simon Ewen

What email program or site are you referring to here? Firefox isn't just a Browser.
That is configured with your online ISP email provider-you need to go and login to their site to see what if there are email still listed there.
Also check your Thunderbird setup as well.

Thunderbird connects to your ISP email it's not a separate email the actual email is still on your ISP provider email account.
