Is there a way to show current tasks on the email screen, as is done in Windows Live Mail?

Is there a way to show current tasks on the email screen, as is done in Windows Live Mail?

Chosen solution

Switch on the 'Today Pane' which appears on the right side of the Thunderbird window. Quick click to open - Bottom right of window - click on 'Today Pane' OR Menu icon > View > Today Pane > select 'Show Today Pane'

Then at top right use the > chevron to choose 'Tasks'. You may need to click a couple of times to cycle throught your options.
