v102.7.1 was released nearly a week ago, but my Thunderbird is still on v102.6.1.

Has the rollout of v102.7.1 been paused (again) for some reason, or can I reasonably safely manually update to v102.7.1 by going to Help - About Thunderbird?

102.7.1 was never paused. Some organizations released a prerelease version prior to official announcement.
