Also, is there any error message?

When I open my email on my computer I can not receive nor send any emails. I receive the message: Logon to server imap.aol.com with username -

I am locked out since I did the update on Feb. 6 - Version 102.7.1 I do receive and send emails on my phone????? My computer uses Windows 10.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button ≡, then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
