cannot acces website on firefox, other browsers work properly

In the past, a particular banking/credit card was accessible in Firefox. Now all I get is an error message as follows,....The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 115953259702332837XXX, last 3 numbers removed for possib le privacy issues..

I can directly go to the sit using other browsers, but prefer using Firefox for my browser. Any help in correcting this issue is appreciated. Thanks, Rick.
