It may help if you post a screenshot of your SMTP server settings. Is this an IMAP account?
There are two email address: Correxllc.com which is and POP Server, outlook.office365.com svgoliard@gmail.com which is an IMAP The widow that opens when i try and send an email for either is: Sending of the message failed. Okay, you have two accounts. For which account are you getting the error? Posting SMTP server settings for each account may be useful. My interpretation is that you have two incoming servers and two SMTP servers. Please verify that, as mismatches are not uncommon.
