Cookie Excpetions: If "Allow" & "Allow for Session" enties in table, then ALL cookies expire @ end of Session. This behavoir is wrong!

Cookie Exceptions: When this table has both "Allow" & "Allow for Session" then ALL cookies displayed will show Expires: "At end of session" when some cookies should have an expiration date. FireFox deletes cookies based on this invalid "Expires:" state.
