When browsing Amazon and I click on a link I often get a popup asking what Firefox should do with this file

When browsing Amazon and I click on a link I often get a popup headed Opening ref= olp_product_details or similar. It asks me what Firefox should do with this file. If I click on cancel and click the link again all usually works fine.
