Hi. I have a problem with popups. A site (bank) requires a popup to enter their site but even with popups enabled, nothing happens. No popup or even the popup warning bar.

I've checked with popuptest (www.popuptest.com) and I think it is a "floating popup" as I get the same response from the floatign popup test.

Any ideas?
