I download and save exe file to desktop and then double click it and click run. It tells me that it has to reboot to complete the uninstall process of a previous version but never gets past that point and it firefox never appears. What am I to do?
I have tried the re-installation several times and downloaded several times but always the installation never works. I cannot find any evidence that the previous version (which kept on crashing) has not uninstalled properly.
