After I installed Firefox 4 on WinXP, it said I needed to reboot, so I did, and it still says that I have to reboot.

After I installed FF4, I got the message "Your computer must be restarted to complete the upgrade to Firefox." so I rebooted. but the shortcut still looks like the installer file and I still get the same message asking me to reboot.
