had to go back to previous version of Mozilla because Norton had no upgraded to accomodate. Now when I open Mozilla there is nothing on the screen - have to click on the home button and I cannot use my back arrows. VERY FRUSTRATING. in English

I downloaded Firefox 4 only to find out that my cards and logins would not work on it with Norton. Had to go back to a previous version of Firefox to get the cards and logins back. Since going back to 3.6XXX version, when I click on the Firefox icon on my desktop, a blank page appears. I have to click on the home icon on the upper right of the screen by Yahoo search (my home page) to get the page to install. Once it is installed, I cannot use the back button (upper left) to navigate through pages. VERY FRUSTRATING.
