Crash ID: bp-8f34c25d-93dd-436a-9ca0-625592111102

Keep crashing when i try to open it. I have also tried in safemode and with compatibility options and on another useraccount. Also checked my registry areas accessed at the given time and checked for any spyware or program blocking me. There is no answer for me to find.

Have you tried doing a repair install of Firefox? Do you have RoboForm or a single-sign-on (SSO) extension installed? Can you get to the profile manager? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
