I am trying to get a password, but I can't remember my user name. Firefox answers back that there is a registered user with my email. Probably me, but I can't long on as I don't have the user name.
When the new password is used, it asks also for a user name if an email account is recorded.
Finally, after trying lots of user names, this one seemed to work. The website logon should not require a user name if I can get a password change by just using my email account.
